Our Cub Pack

In 1st Highworth Scout Group, we have two active Cub Scout packs. We meet on either Monday or a Wednesday and we average around 24 cubs in each pack.

Cub Scouts are boys and girls aged between 8 and 10.5 years old. As a Cub, there are a lot of fun, adventurous, inclusive and challenging things you can do. You will get a chance to try lots of new and different activities ranging from Archery to Zorbing and everything else in-between!

There are a huge range of badges that can be earned and these can be achieved by working towards them with the rest of the pack, your six or earned at home by yourself.

Weekly meetings will include indoor and outdoor activities, exploring our local community as well as organised activities in a variety of different places.

If you are interested in joining Cubs then please fill in the form by clicking the button to the left and we will be in touch as soon as we can find you a place!

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
